Orders Delivery Terms Promise , please note that orders can take from 48 hours to 2 months for delivery depending on stock levels. We insure your goods will arrive in good time for your function date. Should you require it before then, please notify us within 7 days of your order. We will reply to you with an expected delivery date according to our suppliers. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer delivery time , you will then be notified of the revised despatch date. You will be contacted to discuss whether a full refund is necessary or a replacement item is acceptable.
Returns / Exchange On the very rare occasion that goods are found to be faulty and only if they are returned in original condition. We will offer an exchange or a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Refunds / Exchange will only be given after the returned item has been received & inspected. This does not affect your Statutory Rights . For health & safety reasons no returns are accepted for any underwear that has been purchased. Short notice orders We will not take an order if enough lead time is not thought possible .When placing an order with a shorter lead time than normally required by our Suppliers, then a Special order charge may be required. Your order will arrive in good time for your function but an expected delivery date is not normally possible to give as such orders are usually processed in between the procession of normal lead time orders .Alternatively The Wedding Place do hold stock for short notice orders. For orders that shipped outside of the UK any Customs fees that are incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
